Welcome to our company suggestion system page!
Do you have ideas and suggestions that could be introduced to facilitate work processes or to optimize existing and ongoing work processes?
Then you are on the right site!
Tell us your ideas. Our company suggestion system lives from your commitment and your innovative ideas. We therefore welcome your suggestions in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative improvements in all areas.
All DESY employees, including trainees, are eligible to participate.
We examine and discuss in our committee whether and to what extent we can implement and realize your suggestions for improvement.
In general, the rule of thumb applies:
Everything that the submitter cannot do on his or her own
is an operational proposal.
